Why I built this
I spent years watching small businesses drown in the same weekly busywork: chasing invoices, re-sending onboarding emails, posting the same content five times, tracking follow-ups in a notebook. Not because the owners were lazy — because every guide they found assumed they already knew the tools, and every "automation" pitch wanted $200/month and a week of setup.
So I started automating the boring stuff for myself — using tools that are free, with plain-English steps. The first task took me an evening. The next one an hour. The ones after that, less than an hour each.
Flowmation is that process, packaged: the playbooks, the prompts, and the decision tree that tell you what's actually worth automating.
The method
Every guide here ships the same way I'd run my own operations:
- Pick the right task — most automation fails because the task was wrong, not the tool
- Copy the playbook — trigger, flow, tools, and exact copy, written down
- Run it manually, then through the tool, compare, then trust
If it doesn't save a real hour, it doesn't ship.
What I won't promise
No guaranteed results, no overnight income, no "set it and forget it" fantasies. Automation removes the repetitive work — it doesn't remove your responsibility for the outcome. If a product of mine doesn't earn its keep, you get your money back. That's the whole deal.
