1. What you're buying

Digital products (e.g., AutomateKit) are delivered as instant downloads. You're buying a personal, non-exclusive license to use the files in your own business.

• You may: use the playbooks, prompts, and templates in your own business; adapt them; share within your own team.
• You may not: resell, redistribute, or repackage the files as your own product; post them publicly; or incorporate them wholesale into a product you sell.

Agency use (building automations for clients) requires a separate license — email hello@getflowmation.com.

2. Refunds — the 14-day guarantee

If AutomateKit doesn't save you at least one real hour in the first week, email hello@getflowmation.com within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. No forms, no hoops.

After 14 days, all sales are final — the files are yours to keep either way.

3. No guaranteed results

Our products save you time and effort; they do not guarantee income, customers, or specific outcomes. Results depend on your tools, your business, and how you apply what's in the files.

4. Not legal or financial advice

Nothing on this site is legal, accounting, tax, or financial advice. Consult a qualified professional for decisions involving money, contracts, or compliance.

5. Liability

Our products are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flowmation is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our products.
